These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Neoventa Academy learning platform (“Website”, “Platform”) operated by Neoventa Medical AB (“Neoventa”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
These Terms govern access to learning content, courses, assessments, and related services provided through the Platform hosted by LearnWorlds.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform independently. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform under supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorized organization.
To access courses, you may be required to create an account. You agree that:
• All information you provide is accurate and up to date
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if misuse is detected.
Neoventa Academy provides access to online educational content, including courses, training materials, assessments, and certificates upon completion.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content at any time.
We aim to ensure continuous access to the Platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Certificates may be issued upon successful completion of specific courses or assessments. Certificates are non-transferable and may be revoked in cases of fraud, misuse, or system abuse.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, course materials, and software, is owned by or licensed to Neoventa Medical AB.
You may not:
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify content
• Share course access with third parties
• Use content for commercial purposes without written permission
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You agree not to:
• Misuse the Platform or interfere with its operation
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Upload or share harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Use the Platform for spam or fraudulent purposes
• Impersonate other users or organizations
We may suspend access if these rules are violated.
The Platform is hosted and operated using LearnWorlds, a third-party learning management system provider.
Certain technical and operational data may be processed by LearnWorlds on our behalf to provide the service.
We are not responsible for external websites linked from the Platform.
Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform or your account if:
• You breach these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
• Required by law or regulatory authorities
You may stop using the Platform at any time.
The Platform and its content are provided “as is”. While we aim to ensure accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee:
• That content is error-free
• That learning outcomes are guaranteed
• That the Platform is always available without interruption
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neoventa Medical AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
